Round and around we twirled,

until I was delightfully

dizzy with love.

I turned to beg

the love of my life

never leave me--

he was gone.

Never go dancing at Niagra Falls.

  1. To call this a twist means something in two different ways, huh?

I the whimsical approach and the well-written build. Good one, Tina.

    1. Usually I do tend to hurl when I twirl too much, but I thought I'd take it in a different direction. In case anyone was eating...

    1. Usually the BAM happens when things start to get mushy. At least in my life!

  7. Geez! How can I get suckered in a 33 word story?! That is one amazing job of writing and word choice! Didn't see the twist coming. Laughed out loud when I came to it. My wife just looked up and wants to know what is so funny. I said it was this story. Read it to her. Now she is laughing, too. Well done!
