I usually let him assemble things. I'll do the chopping and actual cooking, but he assembles homemade pizzas, sandwiches, quesadillas, lasagnas, casseroles, etc. Anything with layers works really well. We also make cookies and brownies together. I usually use a mix so there's very little measuring but he loves to stir and to roll the cookies into balls. Anything that gets his hands dirty is really fun for him. mjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08408037569157979680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1079589059457212218.post-70405945456053507632014-01-18T22:39:14.215-06:002014-01-18T22:39:14.215-06:00AWESOME!! Mine are a bit older so they can use the sharp knives, so they did all the cutting.

I finished up the last of the stew tonight.... still good even the next day!Julihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10097214923216967086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1079589059457212218.post-67045010039809400992014-01-17T08:44:00.419-06:002014-01-17T08:44:00.419-06:00My boys, I raised four, loved helping out with coo...My boys, I raised four, loved helping out with cooking and baking. I cannot remember specifically with what recipes they helped, but, if they wanted to be a part of the cooking, I would improvise and always find something that they could do. This is how memories are made... and good chefs too. ;)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06869642881173130552noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1079589059457212218.post-55483287862015377852014-01-17T05:44:08.217-06:002014-01-17T05:44:08.217-06:00Love it! Pizza was always a big fave around here to make...maybe not just because of the ingredient munching either...very artistic sauce spreading! (mini pita pizzas even?)Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01294308714313220666noreply@blogger.com
